Concrete & Flatwork in League City, TX

Driveways, patios, slabs and repair poured right the first time — base, rebar and finish spec'd for Gulf Coast clay.

Overview

What concrete & flatwork looks like with us

Flatwork is the backbone of what we do. Tucker Built Co forms, reinforces, pours and finishes driveways, patios, slabs, sidewalks and pads across League City and the Houston Bay Area. Every pour starts with compacted subgrade, a vapor barrier where it belongs and tied rebar — the parts you never see are the reason the parts you do see stay flat.

What clients say

Bay Area reviews

  • ★★★★★

"Tore out a cracked driveway and had the new one poured in two days. Crew showed up when they said and the finish is dead level. Price never changed."

Marcus D. · League City, TX

  • ★★★★★

"Our stamped patio looks like real stone. They hand-cut the border and cleaned everything before leaving. Neighbors keep asking who did it."

FAQ

Concrete & Flatwork questions

How much does a concrete driveway cost in League City?+

Most residential driveway replacements in the Bay Area run $8–$14 per square foot depending on thickness, reinforcement, demolition and finish. You get a fixed written price after we walk the site.

How thick should a driveway slab be?+

We pour residential driveways at 4 inches minimum over compacted base, and 5–6 inches with heavier rebar where trucks, RVs or trailers park.

How long before I can drive on new concrete?+

Foot traffic is fine after 24–48 hours. Keep vehicles off a new driveway for 7 days so the slab reaches the strength it needs for wheel loads.

Can you repair concrete instead of replacing it?+

Often, yes. Cracking, settling and surface spalling can frequently be repaired for a fraction of replacement cost. We quote both options when both are realistic.
