Stamped & Decorative questions
Does stamped concrete cost more than pavers?+
Usually less over the life of the surface. Stamped concrete is one continuous slab, so there are no joints to weed and no individual pavers to settle or re-level.
Is stamped concrete slippery?+
Not when it's finished correctly. We add a non-slip additive to the sealer on pool decks, walkways and any sloped surface.
How often does stamped concrete need re-sealing?+
Plan on re-sealing every 2–3 years on the Gulf Coast. We offer re-seal service and can match the original product and sheen.
Can you stamp over my existing patio?+
If the existing slab is structurally sound, a stamped overlay is often a great option. If it's cracked through or heaving, replacement is the honest answer and we'll say so.
